What does C20 pill do?
The pill with imprint C 20 is Yellow, Elliptical/Oval and has been identified as Cialis 20 mg. It is supplied by Lilly, Eli and Company.
Tadalafil, sold under the brand name Cialis, is prescribed to men patients suffering from erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence) and the symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate).
Adcirca and Alyq are prescribed to both males and females in order to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and to enhance their capacity for physical activity.
Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction; however, if you are also taking Adcirca or Alyq for pulmonary arterial hypertension, you should not use Cialis.
In addition to its uses that are described in this drug reference, tadalafil may also be used for other purposes.
Uses of C 20 Pill (Cialis)
Cialis is a prescription drug sold under its own brand name. The following conditions in men can be treated with it according to FDA guidelines:

Side effects
Common side effects can include:
- headache
- heartburn
- back pain
- muscle pain
- stuffy nose
- flushing (warmth and redness in your skin)
- pain in your arms or legs
The above adverse effects may improve with time as your get used to the medicine. If you continue to experience these symptoms or if they get more severe over time, you should consult your physician as soon as possible.
Serious side effects
Immediately make an appointment with your primary care physician if you encounter any of the following:
- Erection lasting for more than 4 hours
- Vision loss
- Hearing loss
How to avoid C 20 Pill (Cialis) side effects
Cialis should be taken either once daily at the same time each day or only when it is absolutely necessary. The best approach to take Cialis is to follow your doctor’s instructions to the declaration. During the time that you are taking Cialis, you should not take any other medications to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), unless your doctor specifically tells you that it is OK to do so. It is possible that you will require two pills of Adcirca or Alyq in order to reach the recommended daily dosage. Take each pill in succession, starting with the first one. Do not divide the dose in half.
Take Cialis 30 minutes before you plan to engage in sexual activity, but do not take it more than once daily. When sexual stimulus is present, Cialis may be able to assist in achieving an erection. Simply swallowing a tablet will not result in an erection on its own.
Cialis tablets should not be broken or chewed in any way. Swallow it whole.
Always take the medication at the same time each day, regardless of whether or not you have eaten.
Without first seeing your physician, you should never adjust the amount of tadalafil you take or stop using this medication altogether.

Can I take C 20 Pill (Cialis) if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
During pregnancy, you should not begin taking tadalafil or discontinue taking it without first consulting your doctor. Having pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) during pregnancy can put both the mother and the unborn child at risk for a variety of serious health complications, including heart failure, stroke, and others. If you become pregnant, you should contact your physician as soon as possible.
While using this medication, it is possible that breastfeeding will not be a healthy choice. Talk to your physician about any possible risks.
Drugs and food should I avoid while taking Cialis
Avoid drinking alcohol. It may increase the likelihood that you will become dizzy and fainting.
Grapefruit has the potential to interact with tadalafil, which could result in undesirable side effects. Grapefruit products should be avoided at all costs.
Overdose
Cialis can have major side effects if it is taken in doses that are higher than what is recommended.
Take the recommended dosage of Cialis without exceeding the amount.
Overdose symptoms
Cialis has been tested in doses ranging from 25 mg to 500 mg. People have also been given once-daily doses of up to 100 mg of the drug. The symptoms of an overdose were very similar to the common side effects that people experience after taking Cialis.
