Heart disease, stroke, and other heart problems cause a lot of deaths in the US. They also cost a ton of money for healthcare and because people can’t work. Heart attacks and strokes come suddenly and need quick help. But can you tell the difference when it happens?
Both are because parts of the body don’t get enough blood. In a stroke, the brain doesn’t get enough blood, and in a heart attack, the heart doesn’t. The first aid for each is different. Doing the right thing fast can make a big difference in whether the person gets better or has more problems.
What is the PH 034 pill?
The small, yellow pill marked with PH 034 is known as Aspirin (chewable) 81 mg, made by Pharbest Pharmaceuticals. This type of aspirin, in a low dose, is often used to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
Regular aspirin lessens the stickiness of your blood to stop it from forming clumps called clots. It does this by affecting tiny blood cells called platelets. These platelets stick together when they find damaged blood vessels. While aspirin’s “thinning” power can prevent heart issues and strokes, it might also increase your chances of other bad events.
Older rules from the United States Preventive Services Task Force said not to use aspirin to prevent heart problems unless your risk is higher. Usually, that means if you’re between 50 and 69 years old, have a 10 percent or more chance of having a heart attack or stroke in the next 10 years.
How to use chewable PH 034 pill

If you’re using this medicine on your own, follow the directions on the package carefully. If you’re unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist. If your doctor told you to take this medicine, do it just how they said.
Chew the tablet well before swallowing. You can also crush it or just swallow it whole. If your stomach feels weird when you take this, you can have it with food or milk.
The dose and how long you need to take it depend on your health and how you respond. Look at the label to know how many tablets you can take in 24 hours and how long you can use them before seeing a doctor. Don’t take more or use it longer than the doctor says. Use the smallest amount that helps. If you’re not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
If you’re taking this for a headache, and you have trouble talking, feel weak on one side of your body, or suddenly can’t see well, get medical help fast. Before using this medicine, ask a doctor or pharmacist if your headaches come from a head injury, coughing, bending, or if you have a headache with bad vomiting, fever, and a stiff neck. These could mean something serious.
If you only use this when needed (not every day), remember that it works best if you use it as soon as the pain starts. If you wait until the pain is really bad, it might not work so well.
Don’t use this for more than 10 days to treat pain on your own. And don’t use it to bring down a fever that lasts more than 3 days. Talk to a doctor in these cases. Let your doctor know if your ears ring or you can’t hear well.
If things don’t get better or get worse (new or strange symptoms, a red or swollen painful area, pain or fever that won’t go away or gets worse), or if you think something serious is going on, tell your doctor right away.
PH 034 pill during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Using the PH 034 pill while pregnant might not be good for the baby. Only take it during pregnancy if the good things outweigh the bad. The pill’s stuff can get into breast milk and might not be good for the baby. Ask your doctor before breastfeeding.

Precautions to take note of before using PH 034 pill
If you drink 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while you’re taking your daily aspirin, it can hurt your liver and make your stomach bleed. If your doctor tells you to take aspirin, try to drink less alcohol or stop.
Before you have a surgery or something done to you, have a chat with your doctor first. If you’re taking aspirin and you might bleed a lot during the procedure, tell your doctor or dentist. Aspirin can make you bleed more than usual. They’ll let you know if you should stop taking aspirin before the surgery. Make sure you understand exactly what your doctor wants you to do.
Don’t suddenly stop taking aspirin without having a talk with your doctor. It’s really important to talk to your heart doctor, especially if you got a stent in your heart.
If you notice you get bruises easily or bleed more, tell your doctor. If your poop is bloody or black, or if cuts take a long time to stop bleeding, let your doctor know.
Tell your doctor about all the stuff you take. Aspirin doesn’t mix well with a lot of prescription and non-prescription drugs, vitamins, and natural things you might use. So before you start taking aspirin, talk to your doctor about everything you’re using.
Be careful with pain relievers. Aspirin and other drugs like ibuprofen or naproxen might help with pain and swelling, but they don’t work on clotting like aspirin does. Don’t use these instead of aspirin. They might raise your chances of having a heart attack or stroke.
