  • avoid any type of added sugar
  • avoid salt and high sodium
  • avoid street foods like chips
  • avoid beef, pork, lamb, and deli meats or processed meats
  • avoid soy beans, soy milk, tofu, and flax seed
  • Lastly, avoid alcohol and caffeine
